Unlike traditional performance coaching, this approach addresses the complete psychological landscape of athletic performance, from clinical mental health conditions to peak performance states.
This service bridges the critical gap between mental health treatment and performance enhancement, offering athletes what coaches alone cannot provide: clinically-informed intervention, diagnosis and treatment of underlying conditions, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches specifically adapted for competitive athletics.
Why Pay More for Less?
Other Sport Perfromance Coaches in the area charge $500 per session and do not have the same collegiate degrees and advanced psychological that Licenced Mental Health Counselors do.

Performance coaches cannot diagnose or treat mental health conditions, leaving athletes without access to clinical interventions when psychological barriers run deeper than mindset alone.
